We test whether companies and production facilities produce in compliance with international quality, environmental and social standards as well as customer requirements. On customer request, we also check production facilities, the existing test equipment, its functionality and currentness of calibration. During the development and application stage the product is tested for its compliance with customer and standard requirements. This service aims at avoiding high costs for tool modifications and a drawn-out certification process and is an effective tool for meeting the required production date of a product. An approval certificate is only valid if it entirely conforms to the manufactured product. For this reason, it is of vital importance that the components used in production are identical with the components approved and documented. Our quality assurance engineers are experts in checking the compliance with the product's main data file and component list, which are part of every certificate. SLG-CPC Testlaboratory Co. Ltd. is included in the quality management manual of SLG Prüf- und Zertifizierungs GmbH and thus, works in accordance with the same guidelines as the German headquarters in Hartmannsdorf. The close cooperation of our departments "testing" and "quality assurance" enables us to secure the best possible conformance guarantee for our customers' production. The individual inspection plan is coordinated with our customer in advance. The inspection report documents the actual production situation. This report is the foundation for optimisation measures in production. On-site inspections are the key to quality improvement measures and activities at the production site. Within this scope we also offer RoHS rapid tests. "Quality must be produced and documented in the PSI report." We conduct pre-shipment inspections in compliance with the AQL required by our customer. Our test report includes results of function, safety and performance tests. It also documents the overall impression of the product as well as the result of a drop test for checking the quality of the packaging. On customer request, special product features can also be inspected. Each report contains a picture documentation as reference. Within this scope, we also provide RoHS rapid tests. In factory inspections we check the compliance of the production with GS guidelines in order to ensure that all products labelled with the SLG GS mark are manufactured in conformance to the certified quality, thus guaranteeing the safety of the user. |
