Construction of test equipment - endurance/durability
Test facilities for tools, electric parts, household appliances and parts of household appliances, such as magnetic valves, engines, gaskets, vacuum nozzles.
Threshold and doorpost test equipment
Endurance test for vacuum cleaners. The following situations can be simulated:
driving over a threshold |
crashing into doorposts (alternately left and right side) |
Connector and socket test equipment
The test equipment can be used for simultaneous testing of two connectors and sockets of different construction types. A combination with appliance couplers according to EN 60320-1 is possible. |
Tumbling barrel test equipment
In the tumbling barrel test equipment in compliance with IEC 60312 vacuum cleaner accessories are tested for durability. The test equipment can also be delivered for the testing of electrical devices and components according to IEC 60068. |
Endurance test facility for magnetic valves
A maximum of six magnetic valves as they are found in household appliances can be tested individually or together according to several pre-defined test plans. Apart from a function test, opening and closing times and flow rates can be measured.
Setting parameters are:
number of test cycles |
specification of opening and closing time |
specification of working pressure |
specification of water temperature |
Heating test facility for magnetic valves
Heating measurement for a maximum of ten magnetic valves according to EN 60335
Test criteria are:
function test |
measuring of resistance heating |
measuring of inductor heating |
measuring of supply voltage |
Setting parameters are:
number of test cycles |
specification of standard resistance |
specification of standard heating |
specification of supply voltage |
